It’s alt week!
While the curves on ETH and BTC (and several other biggies) have kinda flattened out into almost horizontal movement, a load of altcoins have suddenly pumped 5%, 10% or more.
Weird as hell, but I’m not gonna complain… everything’s up!
Here are this week’s numbers:
In detail:
- Trading up 12.77% ($463.88)
- Banking up 9.67% ($1,034.10)
- Overall up 10.46% ($1,497.98)
Oooh, so close to a round number gain. That’s an absolutely massive increase in a single week, mostly because of the alt pump. It drops the ETA nicely, though that’s still a bit silly since it’s calculated on the entire period.
Big milestone, though: equity has reached an ATH in my journey. I’ve never had this much profit before. Pathetic, I know, given that it’s been over a year. But considering all the Copy Trading setbacks and other stupid mistakes, I’m extremely pleased. Tortoise, hare, right?
The tracking’s happy, too.
Now, I’m not (quite) daft enough to think this is normal, going to continue, a sign that I’ll be a millionaire by next Tuesday or anything. But it’s positive and cool and – let’s be honest – a bit of relief from the constant worry that everything’s going to crash the next time some dickhead starts a war. 😆
I’ve still got both my “up” and “down” buys in on ETH – at $2,500 and $2,200 respectively – while we wait to see what happens.
’26 Picks
I don’t know what the Picks have been smoking this week, but I’ll have some!
Several 5% or 10% bumps in there, ALGO and LINK have moved into the green for me and SUI?! What on earth happened with SUI that it pumped over 50% in a week?
The answer’s boring: staking caused a huge rise in demand and it looks like institutions have opted back in after that recent wandering-off. Whatever, I’m bloody happy about it – in total, I’m (temporarily) only about 10% down on the Picks!
I have no idea if this is the start of the end-of-year pump, or if there will be one, but it’s a very pleasant moment for my portfolio. 😍
